These terms apply to your use of cancerbeyondthediagnosis.com, run by Annie Vanhee. By using

this website, you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

1. Information, not medical advice

I am a cancer survivor, not a doctor. The articles, my book and my guides offer general information

based on my experience and on published research. They do not replace the advice of your own

doctor, oncologist or pharmacist, and they are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Never stop, delay or change a treatment because of something you read here. Talk to your medical

team before starting any supplement, diet or complementary approach.

2. Using this website

You may read, print and share pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use. Please do

not copy, sell or republish my texts, images or guides without my written permission. Sharing a link

is always welcome.

3. Buying my book

My book Cancer, Beyond the Diagnosis is sold by Amazon and other bookshops. When you buy it

there, you buy from that shop, and its terms and return policy apply.

4. Buying my digital guides

My digital guides are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad is the legal seller (merchant of record) for

every purchase: it processes your payment, charges the correct VAT and sends your receipt.

Gumroad's own terms apply to the purchase.

• Prices are shown on the Gumroad checkout page, including VAT where it applies.

• Delivery is immediate: after payment you receive a download link by email and on screen.

• Format: the guides are PDF files you can read on any device and print for personal use.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital files, this right

ends once the download starts, provided you agreed to this at checkout.

That said, I want you to be happy with what you buy. If a file does not open, is not what was

described, or simply does not help you, email me within 14 days of your purchase at

annie@cancerbeyondthediagnosis.com and I will make it right.

6. Free guides

The free guides on this website are sent by email when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any

time. How I handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy and liability. I take great care to keep the information accurate and up to date, and I cite my sources. Medicine

changes, though, and I cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current. I am not liable for

decisions you make based on this website, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

8. Links to other websites

I link to trusted organizations and studies. I am not responsible for the content of those websites.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection

of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
